THE PHANTOM AGONY

culinary sought for sad women

If one day you get sick of words, as we all do, and you're tired of hearing them, to say them. If anyone you choose to look worn, dull, disabled. If you feel nausea when you hear "horrible" or "divine" to any question, no you are healed, of course, with an alphabet soup.

What is being a woman in Medellin?

For women who like me have ever asked this question, we know that is an endless shades that combine being a woman in a large and prosperous city like Medellin. You could say that being a woman in Medellín is a daily war with the street, to get ahead in life, as do women who daily traverse this city, a street vendor selling destination. You might think that being a woman in Medellin is stored in a keychain each evening and sleep with dignity around the world to get a corner of the world fit to live. One could imagine that being a woman in Medellín is to transform your body porcelain dolls and sell our soul with prepayment and non-refundable, supposedly to improve the quality of life. Or maybe you could believe that being a woman in Medellin is bow before waiting for a knock life is not just the destination and we split the soul, and with fear or hope that when the pieces back together , love or even give us a little tenderness. Or a woman in Medellin is when we feel the sun on your face, not for the pleasure of warmth or welcome the new day. No!

Los Derechos de la Mujer, Débora Arango

You are not paraded in Colombiamoda or danced in the Ballet Folkloric, or exhibited your paintings in the Museum of Antioquia as Debora Arango, or have not seen Maria Luisa Calle sweat for their medals. Or do not see that every day wake their children by showering them with kisses. Or you've never hung student backpack or left in a hurry with the portfolio to scream to the world "not just look at what happens but we put on the gloves and fought him to life." Or just like me, you enjoy every day of what you do with love and give a look around and found in every corner of the city a reason to be proud of BEING A WOMAN OF MEDELLIN.
